I can't say enough good things about this place! What a wonderful VRBO bonus to be on a working farm and be able to interact with the animals. Communications with the owners were very quick on the app and once we were there, they responded to anything we asked, and more, quickly. Even bringing my granddaugher a life jacket and fishing pole for the pond. The farm managers were amazing. They shared their knowledge of the farm willingly, brought my granddaughter a whole array of animals to meet and even took us out to the cemetery for a look into the history of the homestead. The barndominium was beautiful and worked perfectly for us. The back deck is a wonderful place to relax. I highly recommend this rental for a relaxing, unique time. Will be back if we can!

Wonderful holiday getaway
We had a great time staying here. Beautiful setting on a working farm and they encourage you to go explore the grounds. The farm workers were very nice and told us about the farm and animals. The house was very clean and they had everything you would need and more! We had an issue with the heat the first night at 10pm so I messaged the owner and she responded right away and came over to fix the problem immediately. The only downside is it is remote so it’s about an hour drive to get to Lexington or Louisville. Other than that, the place was quiet/peaceful and we would definitely stay again.

Family reunion
Stayed here to attend family reunion. Great place, quiet and staff were very friendly. They provide all the basics in the kitchen, plenty of towels and a lovely patio to enjoy the view.

Pictures Don’t Do it Justice
Property is beautiful! House is bigger than the pictures make it seem. Very clean, well stocked. Seasonal decor made it feel like home. Hosts are pleasant and very responsive. If we ever find ourselves in this part of Kentucky again, this house would be at the top of my list.

Perfect Country Setting
What a great location. We had a wonderful stay and will be happy to book this again. The barndominium had everything we were looking for- room for our family, a well stocked kitchen, and a peaceful, serene country location. Plus, lots of cute animals on site. Fred the donkey was our favorite!
