Welcome to Le Bon Gîte, a large family home with superb sea views and beautiful volumes, ideal for stays with family or friends.
On the ground floor, you will discover a large living room of 65 m² opening onto the terrace with a panoramic view of the sea.
This space includes a large living room with piano, a small cosy living room with fireplace and a large dining room equipped with a three-meter table, perfect for sharing large convivial meals.
The independent kitchen also has a functional dining area.
Also on the ground floor, a master suite with a double bed (140x190) has its own bathroom equipped with a shower accessible to people with reduced mobility, a balneotherapy bath and toilets. A beautiful office space is also set up at the entrance of the house, as well as separate toilets.
Upstairs, the sleeping area consists of four bedrooms:
– two double bedrooms with bed (140x190)
– two bedrooms with two single beds (90x190), each with a toilet with sink and toilet.
Two additional shower rooms with toilets complete this floor, one of which is equipped with a bidet.
Under the eaves, two small spaces under the slope each offer an additional single bed.

Outside, the house is surrounded by a large garden of more than 5000 m² offering calm and space. A beautiful terrace allows you to enjoy a spectacular 180° sea view.
Several parking spaces are available on the property.

## Area
Barneville-Carteret is a seaside resort in the Cotentin region, labelled famille plus.
Close to the D-Day landing beaches, this resort is perfect for practising many sports, alone or with your family, but also for "lazing around" in the small cove of the Potinière beach in Carteret or enjoying a beautiful table which are numerous in the resort.
Barneville also has a large beach. You will also find a skate park and many shops (butchers, bakeries, hairdressers, Carrefour, Utile, DIY, etc.).
As for the beach of Hatainville a few kilometres away, it offers us one of the largest dunes in Europe.
