"I’ve stayed here multiple times before but this will probably be the last time. The accessible room was confusing - at times I doubted it was an accessible room - there was no shower seat & the shower water pressure was a trickle. I booked a room with a fridge & microwave and got neither. The room was cleanish & ok, but nothing special."

"Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were always kind, friendly, and ready to help with anything I needed. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bar and restaurant were excellent — delicious food, great drinks, and wonderful service. I was completely satisfied with everything and would gladly stay here again."

"I do not recommend this place. While the front desk clerk was there when I checked in, I went back with a question and didn’t find him for a while. There was a hair in the tub, mildew in the corner of the shower and the pillows (not the covers) I swear have never been changed. The bed was terrible and the door had damage around the lock. I had the thought about what I would do if someone broke in and how would I protect my daughter and myself. After sleeping only a few hours, I woke and booked us over at the Renaissance North Dallas only 1.7 miles away. Just ate the cost."
