"Room smelled musty our entire day. The people in the room next to us were smoking in their room. The roof in the indoor pool room had lost several ceiling tiles, there was Clearwater damage, and there was a several pieces of insulation coming out. The morning breakfast was hosted by a very rude woman who would slam lid shut if someone forgot to close it. They’re also was approximately 6 to 8 ladybugs in our bathroom at any point."

"A great location near Cooperstown Dreams Park. Being on the major highway it definitely can get loud, but it was the perfect location to be back and forth to the park and to visit Cooperstown. Bonus we knew the people who rented the property next door at the same time so it worked out perfectly for us to have the shared driveway and outdoor space! Property was clean and exactly what we needed for the early mornings and late night game schedule at Cooperstown Dreams Park. "

"The 1819 House and 1819 Carriage House property was fun, unique and absolutely perfect for our large group. A total of 8 families (6 in the main house and 2 in the carriage house) came to Cooperstown to watch our kids play in a baseball tournament at Dreams Park. Each family had their own space but we were all able to gather in the large kitchen/tavern or at the wonderful fire pit outside. There was plenty of space to host a team party. All the kids had a blast on the large property playing tag, wiffle ball and making s'mores. The location of the property to Dreams Park couldn’t have been any better. It was a quick 5 minute drive to the park which is ideal for early morning games or a quick stop back to the house for a bite to eat between games. The owners of this property were amazing as well. They personally met our group and gave a tour. They were also easily reachable and super responsive. This baseball family had such an amazing time. We are so thankful for the time we had together and the memories we made at this property. Thank you for sharing it with us!!!"

"We loved this house. It is in a perfect location for Dreams Park- we debated staying on the lake and had friends that did, but we were so glad that we were so much closer to the park. Being across the street from the grocery store was great too! The house itself is old (be careful because the stairs are narrow and a bit slippery) but the kitchen and bathrooms are well updated so it didn’t feel like it. And the owners were great and stocked the house very nicely!"
