  • This Brand new Luxury triplex was finished in Jan 2019. Unit C is a corner unit, located on the 2nd level and is the largest of the 3 units. This unit has lots of natural light. Relaxing rooftop deck with La Palapa, pool, BBQ, lounge area and table and chairs with a fabulous view of the lagoon. Casa Chiva is located on one of the most charming streets in Barra and the units have a modern sophisticated feel, using indigenous Mexican materials.

    Casa Chiva consists of 3 one bedroom units. Each Unit has wood-tiled floors, terrazzo countertops, full kitchen, air conditioning, flat screen TV equipped with roku as well as wireless internet connection.The building is situated in the middle of the Barra peninsula and is located within 100 paces from over 20 Restaurants, bars, stores, Fish market , ferry and charter boat businesses, all set in a safe and private setting. Casa Chiva puts you in the center of it all!
