O Kenoa Beach Resort impressiona pelo atendimento impecável e pela dedicação da equipe, sempre atenta em oferecer conforto e acolhimento. A gastronomia é outro grande destaque: pratos sofisticados, muito bem preparados e que tornam cada refeição memorável. Porém, alguns aspectos podem melhorar. O café da manhã à la carte carece de mais variedade, qualidade e agilidade no serviço, que logo no seu início tem poucos funcionários no atendimento - aparentemente o reforço deve chegar as 9h00. As instalações apresentam sinais de desgaste pela ação do tempo e da maresia, reduzindo a sensação de exclusividade. Não se pode confundir o estilo rústico com degradado pelo tempo. A presença de crianças pequenas, muitas vezes com tablets em alto volume durante as refeições, também compromete o clima de paz e relaxamento que o hotel se propõe a oferecer. Além disso, nota-se a presença excessiva de influencers, que passam grande parte do tempo fazendo fotos e vídeos nas áreas comuns, especialmente na piscina, o que afeta a privacidade dos demais hóspedes. No geral, o Kenoa continua sendo um refúgio diferenciado, com atendimento e gastronomia de altíssimo nível. Com ajustes nesses pontos, pode reafirmar sua posição como um dos resorts mais exclusivos do Brasil.

Primeiramente, ficamos surpresos pela presteza e solicitude dos funcionários, que não medem esforços para encantar os hóspedes. Este resort realmente supera todas as expectativas e de fato, entrega o que promete ! Com certeza é um local diferenciado e vale cada centavo do investimento ! A estrutura e o design são chiquíssimos, rústicos e elegantes ! Com acabamentos em madeira e iluminação impecáveis. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, roupas de cama limpas e o serviço de quarto é efetivado várias vezes ao dia. A noite quando você sai para jantar, o quarto é preparado para você dormir ! Isto é incrível, parece um cuidado de mãe ! Área das piscinas são lindas, que nem a chuva consegue atrapalhar a estadia. O gramado é lindo, a adega maravilhosa.
