"Não recomendo a pousada para quem busca uma experiência agradável em Trancoso. Durante nossa estada de 3 dias, a piscina esteve comprometida, sem manutenção e limpeza. Bomba de piscina reserva é comumente mantida em residências, portanto, surpreende que um operador hoteleiro não possua tal item à mão ou que tal fato não seja comunicado de antemão (ninguém paga uma viagem para encontrar problemas, e falta de manutenção não deve ser confundida com casos de força maior, são coisas diferentes). O café da manhã é bem básico ao se comparar com qualquer outra pousada da categoria no Sul da Bahia. O quarto para 3 pessoas, apesar de ter uma área externa agradável, é pequeno internamente e escuro. Os funcionários são muito prestativos e a localização é boa em Trancoso, porém não bastaram para tornar nossa experiência agradável como esperado de uma viagem programada. Pelo valor pago, é preferível investir mais em outra pousada em Trancoso ou aproveitar excelentes opções pelo mesmo valor (ou menos) em localizações como Caraíva ou Arraial D'ajuda. Para quem está com dúvidas em relação a quantos dias ficar em Trancoso, recomendo explorar outros destinos ao redor que sem dúvida deixam mais saudades. Infelizmente Trancoso perdeu parte do seu charme e os preços permanecem superfaturados como sempre, mas com perda expressiva de qualidade em todos os aspectos da cidade. "
