"We loved the house--it was homey and clean, and it felt like someone's actual home. So many short term rentals these days are investment properties and feel like they've been outfitted by AI--something that had a vague idea of what a human on vacation might want, but no actual human experience. The kitchen and bathrooms had all the things we needed, the livingroom was cozy and all the furniture was comfortable. Sitting on the warm rocks down by the beach was lovely, and there are SO many great places to walk nearby. We highly recommend the Appalachee Preserves, which are just a short walk away. We ate out at Ports of Italy and the Thistle Inn and both were delicious. We had a great visit and would definitely stay here again. "

"This home is in top notch condition. The flow of the space and the contemporary nature of the furnishings make for a cozy, comfortable place with a spectacular view. Our adult kids swam off the dock. You can walk a short distance for steamed lobsters made to order, listen to live music, walk into BBH for coffee, shopping and all sorts of dining options. "
