Amazing stay

We enjoyed a great weekend, the house was more than we expected. It was clean, spacious and easily accessible to everywhere. Our host was always available to answer questions…we will definitely book there again if we are in the area.

Black Friday Shopping Trip

South Barrie Townhouse

The property description was accurate and the location was perfect for us. It was close to our daughter’s home and grocery, dollar store, shopper’s drugmart were all within 5 minutes. The park was right across the street for our two grandchildren ages 2 & 4. Suggestions: the kitchen was not really equipped for cooking meals ie: lack of pots and pans and they had sharp knives that would not even cut a bagel. Had to borrow from my daughter. Also recommend in the basement bedroom as no where to put your clothes and not even a closet or dresser. The oven looked like it had never been cleaned. I messaged the owner and he told me there is a cleaning function on the oven. I did pay a cleaning fee and felt it was not my responsibility to clean. Also it would be nice if he posted what days are garbage and compost as we had to ask the neighbors.

Good experience

6 of my friends and I stayed here for a festival nearby and we had a good experience. Overall the house was very nice and comfortable to sleep in. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay for a couple days.

This townhouse was perfect for us. Close to the rail station and just 10 minute drive to the mall. We were so busy we didn’t get to explore. But turkey enjoyed our stay. Our host answered questions promptly.

Great for number of bedrooms (4)and baths (3) but not a very big common area (kitchen, dining room, living room). Perfect if you just need private sleeping quarters for many people, but may feel a little tight if cooking meals and hanging out in the house.

Great place for a family or large group

We booked this property based on the large sleeping accommodations and proximity to the local rink. This is in Barrie South close to many amenities. Parking is limited, as the driveway only accommodates one vehicle and then you must park on the street. It is nice to stay somewhere that they provide linens, towels and some simple house items. This allowed us to travel with less items to ensure a comfortable stay. I would stay at this location again if needed. Well priced too! **The oven was dirty causing lots of smoke and the smoke alarms to activate when we tried to cook one night. That is why I marked cleanliness at 4/5. Otherwise house was clean**
