"The place was immaculate. But our room was very tiny. And the shower floor was dangerous and very slippery when wet. The staff was very accommodating, but we cannot comment on breakfast because we left before it was served."

"The room was large but it needs to be renovated, it is showing its age. It was nice to have a balcony but the chairs, table and floors were dirty. The breakfast was nice it had a good selection. We took advantage of the Happy Hour and prices and selection were good. The Lobby is lovely. The staff at the front desk and bar were very nice and accommodating. The location is great right in the historical center. The major issue was getting to the hotel. Uber drivers are not sure where to drop you off and cannot enter the historic center because of the hydraulic bollard in the middle of the street. We had to walk about 1 mile uphill with our luggage, not an easy task and if you have any kind of disability it is an impossible task. Also due that impasse they cannot pick you up in front of the hotel either. All in all, we were pleased with our stay but due to these issues we would never stay there again. "

"The room was hot. The staff told us there was nothing to be done, that the AC was not yet in season. When we asked, they had a fan, but they did not offer it. Other people seemed to have comfortable room temperatures, so it seems they could have switched us to a different room. "
