"Kineo View Lodge is a nice, homey place nestled in a meadow surrounded by trees. The view from the rooms is spectacular, especially in autumn. The rooms are clean and the beds, comfy. I love the staff! Ryan, the owner, is super nice. Robin, the desk clerk, is also very friendly and helpful. Joyce is welcoming as well. They also have a little gift shop in which I always manage to find something cute to buy. Breakfast is included in the price. I have been here twice already and hope to return again next year."

"This was our second stay at Andy's Place. It was just as wonderful as our first visit! The cabin is clean, inviting and cozy. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen has many appliances and the bathroom has lots of clean towels. The porch is our favorite! We love looking out at the pond. We love that Andy's Place is let friendly, and there's lots of room for our pup to run around, and swim too. Thank you for another great weekend stay! We will be back for a third!"

"When I pulled in the driveway of Sunrise the view was incredible the mountain range in front of you was beautiful. I was immediately met by our host who was high energy happy and incredibly welcoming. We were escorted to our cabin and it was immediately clean and so comfortable our host is very knowledgeable of the local area and seemed incredibly accommodating. Although we had a short stay I would absolutely recommend sunrise you will not be disappointed. Thank you"

"We typically stay in cabins more remote, but we opted for this camp-style duplex which was walking distance to the Greenville shops/dining. The property itself is very spacious, well maintained, and secluded for the location. There’s a nice pebbly boat launch area where we explored, enjoyed coffee & sunrises, swam and kayaked. There’s also a quiet little marina with a few slips. The platform with the grill and fireplace was perfect for sunsets & stargazing. The property is large and nicely lit for nighttime ambiance.The camp has plenty of charm and was perfect for our scenario. The two units are connected by a door on the 3season porch. There’s a solid deck that overlooks the grounds and lake. It was helpful to have the two kitchens, which were well equipped. Wifi and tv were functional. The bedrooms and bathrooms were adequate. While I would recommend upgrading the beds, everything was clean and tidy and we all slept perfectly fine.Our days were spent at Lily Bay State park, hiking Kineo, sightseeing, exploring trails, and shopping/dining in the area. We enjoyed our quiet mornings and evenings at the property. This is an ideal spot for a group or family with teens where the parents stay in one and the kids have the other. A dog would love it here!Finally, the communication with the host was on point. They were very friendly and all of my questions were answered in a timely fashion.Overall, I would give this location an 8.7 and we would certainly stay here again."

"Super cute lake cottage! Rustic, but with all the amenities, which makes for a perfect stay! We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Very peaceful and loved seeing and hearing the loons! Fantastic hosts were easy to get in touch with, super friendly and extremely helpful! Thank you for everything!"
