"This place is so nice! Perfect for us (a couple in our 60s). Super clean, comfy and cozy home with a spectacular lot and view/access to the lake. Very quiet, great location, very peaceful and serene, with the town and supper club close by. We absolutely loved it and would definitely recommend it. The host was great with communication and attentiveness. Highly recommend this property!"

"Nice location-very quiet!The house had good space and a nice layout. The house was clean with NO signs of the last guests. But could have used some deep cleaning (windows, corners, etc), outdoor cleanup, and a few minor things fixed up (door lock, light fixtures, etc.). Overall it was a great place for the price. We visited in late July and the lake water was full of regular algae plus blue-green algae floated in the night we arrived."

"There are not really 3 bedrooms because the "loft" is just the hallway between the 2 bedrooms and has no door. The place is spacious but not ideal for families (limited privacy). Graceville is a delightful little town and the people are very friendly and helpful."

"What a wonderful place! My family stayed here over the fourth, and it was perfect for us. The only bad thing is there’s not much of a yard for little kids to play, but there’s a park right down the road! If you’re a bigger person the shower is a little tiny so it’ll be a tight fit. The beds are to die for. Everyone on the trip said it! Any issues we had (hardly any) were taken care of right away. Aaron is great! The loft area upstairs with the beds is so great for all the kids. Everything inside is so nice and new, it’s just the best. Bottom line, book it! We hope to be back next year!"
