"I used the restroom near the pool/dining area. The stall door lock didn't work. I let the lady at the front counter know. She said that I should have just locked the whole bathroom door. I think a sign with directions for that would have been helpful."

"The room was very clean and the staff is outstanding here. I did not really like the breakfast, but that wasn't a deal-breaker for me. I love that the rooms are pet friendly and yet they do not smell like animals. They obviously do a great job of cleaning and also seem to attract people who take good care of their animals. My 2 cats were not stressed out by smells in the room, which is a big deal for scaredy cats like mine."

"Excellent 5-day stay at this property! Pictures depict the state of the home very well. Kids had the best time in the pool with the slide. At the deepest, it is about 5-5.5 ft and tapers to shallow water near the steps. We had a minor snag with the pool during our stay and Maria was very responsive, sending staff over within 30 minutes to resolve. We would absolutely stay again!"
