Cabin in the Woods - 10 minutes to Bartlesville

Our guest cabin is set on 20 wooded acres in the Osage Hills at the end of a private gravel road. It feels completely isolated, but it's only 10 minutes to downtown Bartlesville, 20 minutes to Pioneer Woman's Merc, and an hour to Tulsa. There is a full kitchen, living area, and full bath on the ground floor, with a queen and twin bed on the 2nd floor. There is no TV to interfere with the quiet, although WiFi keeps you connected. We live in the main house and are always available if needed. The cabin is adjacent to the main house but seems very secluded. The front porch and 2nd-floor deck look out on the woods, and the back side is separated from the main house by trees. While walking in the woods, you may scare up a deer or two, or perhaps a few turkeys with their young following behind. The area is known for its bird-watching, so grab the binoculars and bird book (provided in the cabin) on your walk and see what you can find.

Don and Sharon were very accommodating to our stay and check in time, I'll plan on staying here for future trips. The air conditioning/heater worked great, good water pressure, and lighting. Very neat antique items around the cabin, felt just like another trip to grandmas house.

Great Getaway

This cabin was a perfect stay for our weekend getaway while we were treasure hunting! We pulled an enclosed trailer with us and Don and Sharon were very accommodating and helpful with parking. They are wonderful hosts. We will definitely stay again!

House in the woods

A friend and I needed a cozy, quiet place to stay as part of our trip to Osage Hills State Park to run the Flower Moon trail race. Sharon and Don have a cute antique guest house that perfectly met our needs. I appreciate Sharon's solid communication before and during our stay!

We loved the cabin in the woods. We loved sitting on the front porch in the evenings. The cabin was decorated perfectly, you felt like you walked into a museum. The host was great. They had goats and a pig. Highly recommend the cabin in the woods!

Quiet, hideaway

Fun getaway in the woods

Our family loved this cabin. It was clean and homey. The fire pit was fun to roast marshmallows. We loved grilling outside and walking the grounds to see the cute farm animals. Wonderful stay! :-)

Great little hideaway

We had a quiet relaxing stay. Cabin is cozy and filled with interesting historical furnishings. Too windy to enjoy the fire pit outside or to explore very much, but we did see several deer, lots of birds and one very large pig. It was a great way to spend time together on our anniversary.
