  • Bright, modern and surprisingly spacious, BartlesVILLA is a private studio guesthouse in the heart of Bartlesville’s historic downtown. Built in 2024, it was designed to feel less like a rental and more like your own little home in Bartlesville.

    Don’t get a hotel. Get a VILLA!

    The open studio features a plush queen bed, comfortable living area with sleeper sofa, full private bathroom, washer and dryer, and a well-equipped kitchenette with plenty of counter space, dishwasher, hot plate, coffee maker and microwave that also functions as a convection oven and air fryer.

Please remove sheets, pillowcases, towels & bath mats & place in the washing machine. Stain spray, if needed, and the detergent are next to the washing machine. Please start the wash before you leave.

Place used dishes in the dishwasher, add a pod (under sink), press start, and listen for the cycle. If trash is full, use the bin next to the parking spot. If it’s not full, we will take care of it.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Our stay was phenomenal! Absolutely beautiful! The pictures don’t do it any justice! We was so comfortable and everything we needed was right there! We were enjoyed a peaceful stay at the VILLA. Russell did a great job of communicating. The place was clean! The neighborhood is quiet and just a block or two from the Frank Phillips Mansion which we toured and recommend if you like old homes.

The place was clean, modern and has all the amenities you would need. We had a minor issue during our stay, however Russ was quick to respond and provide a solution.Sofa bed is a little stiff, so just be aware if you plan on using.It's obvious Russ has taken great thought into providing an awesome space to welcome guests. I would highly recommend for anyone needing a place to stay while visiting the area!

This was by far the best experience we had in staying in a VRBO. Communication in terms of scheduling our stay, as well as checking with us midweek was perfect. The home was warm, cozy, spacious, clean and well stocked. Location to downtown restaurants and bars were so convenient. The walkability to downtown was excellent. Russ was the best host and we look forward to our return.
Pet friendly 💕🐾 This was Gracie’s first big trip and she was happy and peaceful in this cozy space. Perfect neighborhood for walks.

Such a cute, spotless and quaint place to stay. It was perfect for our weekend in town for a baseball tournament. Russ’s Bartlesvilla details were well thought out and made our stay seamless.

Neat and clean roomy well equipped studio in a nice location. It all looks new and they did a nice job Hosts seemed very nice. Would definitely recommend. There is a long staircase if that is an issue for anyone but it does get you up to a decent view. We loved it. Thanks
