"I stayed in a King Deluxe room at thought it was great value. The staff were all excellent, the hotel restaurant was great and the pool was large. Plus, the location was ideal (close enough to walk to the market / downtown but removed enough to be quiet) and there's a large grocery store directly across the street if you want snacks / sunscreen etc. I would certainly stay at Midas Belize again."

"This spectacular getaway is aptly named Dream Valley--and for very good reasons. The beautiful setting and spacious room exceeded the online description and photographs by far! Located along the Belize river, it is both private and serene, and a gorgeous place to watch the sun set over the jungle after a day long trip to the Must-Do ATM caves or a trip to Xunantunich ruins--which the staff helped arrange ahead of our arrival. We will be back, the next time for a longer visit. It was way too short at four days. "

"Located in the pine ridge reserve over looking waterfall, the view is stunning. Private waterfall natural pool lounging area is available to the guests. Room is cozy and comfortable, smaller than expected. Complimentary breakfast is great since there are only two high-end restaurants within 25 minutes drive. It is expensive to dine in the hotel. Landscape and the surrounding nature is beautiful. It is close to Big Rock waterfall. There is no AC in the room, but we didn’t feel hot as the mountain is cooling. However, the approximately to the fall does make all our clothings quite damp. The staff are extremely friendly. "

"Perfect from start to finish, and I have never said that in all our travels. We always have "if only they had done this" conversations. We let the chef, Elias, have free reign. He would ask for likes/dislikes, and again, not a single bad meal. Out of 6 adults. Try that at any restaurant. He is also property manager, Betty and two others helping with grounds. I'd had an emergency right before our trip, so was housebound while the others did tours, and never felt their intrusion.Shout out to Carlos, BlueMorphoTours. Tell him what you want, he can make it happen. Francisco lead the ATM tour, and my crew raved about him. We are ready to stay here again!"

"The hotel grounds are very beautiful. The walkways and bridges and trails are all very charming. The staff was very attentive. Dinner was good and the massages were wonderful. I would highly recommend. The only complaint is there is not air conditioning and it was quite hot"
