"We arrived at the Hotel, showed our booking reservation details to the receptionist. She said that the hotel was full and we could not stay there. She took us to the Laxman hotel next door. "Extremely disappointing toiletries and housekeeping standards. On the first day, there were cheap local white toothbrushes in the room, something I would expect even in an OYO hotel. On the second day, there was not a single toiletry item in the bathroom. When I called the lobby manager, the only response was a simple “sorry.” At no point did it feel like I was staying at a Taj property. Very poor experience and far below the standards expected from the brand."
