Fabulous hotel very clean and well organised. Breakfast was lovely a great selection. A tranquil oasis and a great base for exploring Jerez only a few minutes by taxi or a 15 minute stroll. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

We had a nice holiday but have definitely stayed in better 4 star hotels. There should definitely be a shuttle service to the marina as taxis are extortionate if you don’t have a car. The way the grounds / restaurants / bars are designed could be improved. More casual places to eat and drink during the day are needed. Disappointing we were told when booking we’d have access to la reserve and then being told on the day we didn’t. Also advised late checkout looked possible for the next day and then 12 hours later being told no!
