"Friendly Hosts awesome Castle / atmosphere really tasty beer & food"

"It’s a Wellness and Spa Hotel and I failed to make an appointment for the Services. My room wasn’t cleaned during my stay and it’s inconvenient for elderly to walk up the stairs to the upper rooms. Faraway from everything to site see and shopping."

"Breakfast very good. Staff friendly. Only hotel is quite close to Autobahn so convenient but also noisy. Also quite hot due to concrete structure."

"Everything was okay its a nice hotel ."

"Nice relaxing place we always stay here."

The lady who welcomed us in the reception spoke English and German, one lady in the restaurant spoke German - but the others we met seemed to panic by the language challenge. "Good position in center of city. "

"Check in was a bit tricky because our phones weren’t working properly. The room was fantastic and Anna was super helpful. The only problem was that we kept getting lost in the castle! It was a great stay, and we saw the resident falcons."
