It was excellent, the only criticism is the pool party. If I am a guess we should have priority over the pool access people for that day.

This hotel was an awesome choice for our trip to Puerto Rico for our honeymoon. Not only is it in a safe location, it's very close to the beach and amazing restaurants! The hotel staff were courteous, helpful, and nice! The room was very comfortable, well kept, and clean. Even with the water shortages, we never lost water once unlike other major hotels that had no water for days. We are so grateful for this experience and look forward to making this our permanent go to hotel whenever we visit again.
