"Très bon séjour.
Laurent qui nous a accueilli a été de très bon conseil poir visiter la ville.
La chambre est propre. Bien décorée.
Avec draps, serviette nécessaires de toilettes fourni.
Mais attention ce n'est pas un HOTEL même si c'est sur hotel.com. donc pas d'accueil, arrivé et départ à heure fixe.
Pas de bagagerie.
Mise a part ca une fois prévenus je recommande "

"This is the second time we've stayed here. The hotel is small and cozy. They dont have staff, rather, you have friends. You couldnt ask for a more relaxed atmosphere. "

"Nice, simple hotel in a great area next to the historic center of Narbonne. Clean and quiet room. Paid parking (9-12 and 2-6) very close and free parking about 10 minute walk away at Quai Victor Hugo."

"L'établissement est vers le centre de Narbonne. Grande chambre avec coin cuisine. Propreté et literie impeccable.
Petit déjeuner en buffet bien approvisionné, permet de bien démarrer la journée.
L'établissement à un local vélo sécurisé dans le parking. Très pratique"

"What a great little hotel across from the Narbonne Gare! We were warmly welcomed by the front desk person and though we never assume a safe place to park our bicycles, they were super accommodating. And, the lovely gentleman helped me schlep our panniers up the stairs. Above and beyond! The room was very, very clean and more spacious than we would have expected from the photos. And, quiet too despite being on a busy street and across from the station. Highly recommend! Note, there is no elevator and the stairs are steep."
"The young women at the Front Desk was incredibly knowledgeable and nice and it was impressive that she spoke multiple languages. Thank you for making the stay smooth and pleasant!"
"This is a small (about 10 rooms, I didn't count...) and quite simple hotel. One notices immediately that the owner, who runs the hotel himself and is very friendly (plus his English is very good! My French, unfortunately, is not...), invests a lot of time and care in running the hotel.
The hotel is located in a small side alley (about 10 minutes by foot from the station) very close to the famous channel running through Narbonne and you have all sorts of restaurants and shops nearby, the cathedral is also only a short walk away.
My room was small, but nicely renovated (great sense for colors), the bathroom was clean and had everything one needs (but expect to bring your hairdryer). Please note that there also seem to be rooms without a private bathroom, so check this when booking.
You can select the components of your breakfast, coffee/tea, juice, baguette, jam, yoghurt etc. The breakfast is very inexpensive (you pay by the components you select) and it's a great way to ensure that food is not wasted.
I would 100% book a room again whenever I come back to Narbonne!"
"Absolutely loved our stay. Large room, comfortable bed, spotlessly clean. Great breakfast choices. Lovely hosts. Short walk to the train station and centre of town but lovely and quiet. "
You can spend an afternoon exploring the galleries in Palace of the Archbishops of Narbonne during your trip to Narbonne. Visit the area's cathedral and casinos.
