The electricity was out for a whole day, when we asked about it, they didn’t provide any clarity on when it would come back on, and AC was out for a good chunk of it which made it difficult to enjoy the hotel. They kept telling us tranquilo when we asked about it. It was difficult to communicate in English. Although parking is free, spots are limited and difficult to park in. Also definitely far from town centre, only possible by driving, not by walking.

Excellent staff keeping us informed and booking an Etna tour for us. Nice parking area, beautiful beach club area, very nice pool. The restaurant for dinner was great along with the daily breakfast. Overall a great stay!
