The most magical end of the summer bash! Host was extremely accommodating and very friendly. The location is prime and the house is filled with so many supplies you need. Truly grateful for this trip and for Cindy sharing her home . We can’t wait to come back next year . If you’re in bass lake with a big group STAY HERE ! 10/10

Family Vacation

We booked this stay for Memorial Day weekend with our family and friends. The home was perfect for all of us and the views are gorgeous. Plenty of games for the kids, dock for our boat, lots of room throughout the house and the check in/check out process was easy. The owners were quick in their response anytime I had a question. Can’t wait to go back next year!

Wonderful stay for four families

We had a wonderful time. Cindy went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Always quick to respond, attention to little details, plenty of amenities for large groups. We were four families with elders and kids included and had a great time.

Perfect Vacation Home

Love Love Loved this property and the access to the water. House was clean and the bedrooms were perfect for our group. Has great central air. Has a great private doc and in a beautiful cove great for all ages swimming. Owner was very informative and easy to get a hold of when needed. Will definitely be back.

Great home on the lake

Our extended family had a lot of fun staying at the home. There were a ton of board games provided and the kitchen had plenty of utensils. Kids had a blast. I missed that there steps to get into the house and thought it was communicated to us, we missed that part. We had one of our family members who needed help walking but was able to get in with the help of railing on the side. Overall great property.

Great stay

That like is a cute and magical place. The house is very conveniently located on the lake as well as five minute walk to the little downtown area with a couple restaurants and market. Perfectly located for the Yosemite steam train and entrance to Yosemite park. The waterfall hike, which is like five minutes from the property was absolutely amazing. I recommend it.

Great house with great hosts

We stayed at Willow Cove Lodge for Thanksgiving weekend. We were 4 families of friends and had plenty of room for everyone. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The house is right on the lake but there's no water right at the front at this time. It still has a great view, especially from the kitchen. Thanks again for the hospitality.

Bass Lake Getaway

My family and I had such an amazing trip at this property. From starting our days with coffee on the deck overlooking the lake to playing on the beach and swimming from the dock in the afternoons. This home exceeded my expectations at every turn. I highly recommend this home for your next family trip! Celebration of life.

We came for a celebration of life for my mom. Bass Lake is a place that was near and dear to my mom and my family growing up. Willow Cove was her favorite spot on the lake. From the moment we arrived we felt at home in Willow Cove Lodge. Such a beautiful home with the most incredible owners Cindy and Dennis. Thank you both so much for allowing our celebration to take place at your beautiful property. It was an incredible weekend. It is a trip that will be remembered always by our family. Family Get Away

We looked for a place that was relaxing and far enough away from everything but yet within reach of amenities—this place was it! It felt like a family home, which is exactly what we wanted. It felt like the home where families spent summer and winter vacations for timeless childhood memories. Additionally, It was fairly close to Yosemite. The owners were quite responsive and helpful. There were instruction through out the house to help with possible issues making for an easy transition into the space.I do recommend the home for anyone with a family. I do see us requesting a stay in the future.

Did not disappoint 😃

This was our 4th Bass Lake vacation and the 4th home we have rented. Would rate this one as our favorite. Room for everyone to eat and play games together and room to get away when you want to. Always prefer lakefront and this one is slightly off the main lake and had an awesome sandbar for the little ones to play in the sand. Would rent again. Thank you Cindy!

Wonderful birthday weekend!

Our family had a wonderful time celebrating my husbands birthday. We had a full house! The house was close to stores and very easy to access. We loved how the house had everything we needed. Made the stay so much smoother. The owners were close and available if we needed anything. Loved the lake access. Even seen a bear right outside the house at night. So cool! Can't wait to come back again!

Wonderful Experience

We had such an amazing time. Cindy is the sweetest lady. She was so responsive, accommodating, and helpful. We went there on a girls trip and it was wonderful. We were able to rent a pontoon and use the private dock to pick gals up. The home is beautiful with the private beach. There were nine of us and there was plenty of room for us and then some. Wonderful for a three-generation gathering!

Willow Cove Lodge was exactly as described and Cindy was an amazing host - always readily available via text or phone. The home is very charming with lovely family memorabilia all around. We are a three-generation family of eight (ages 9 to 70). With bedrooms on all three floors, we were able to spread out and have some privacy. The kitchen was well-stocked and was big enough for multiple cooks and we took advantage of the second refrigerator (with ice maker!) in the shop. The dining area was perfect as we always want a BIG dining table where the eight of us can gather to eat and play card games at night. The location can’t be beat. It’s away from the noise of the main part of the lake but the cove is still big enough to explore on a stand-up-paddle board. Swimming to the sandy “island” in the middle of the cove was fun. We especially loved that this home had a beach (the neighbors were envious). We fished off the dock and tied up a rented ski boat. We enjoyed watching the various ducks, geese, and the diving osprey who had a nest across the cove. AND... the visit by a momma Black Bear and her TWO cubs playing in the yard AND in the water was a highlight of our trip!!! Our stay was over the July 4th weekend and we loved that the home was decorated with festive, patriotic bunting. Our family had such a great time at this very special home. We hope to come back and make more family memories.
