"In the past I have rated two homes with 5 stars. These homes were well equipped, with 3 or 4 bedrooms, infinity pools, perched high on a cliff overlooking the ocean, at $200-$250 a night. I thought these homes offered exceptional value and deserved 5 stares. This apartment does not have these features and has some kitchen issues (see below) but at a rate of much less than $100 a night, it offers exceptional value deserving a 5 star rating. "Appartement modeste et parfaitement fonctionnel. Très bien situé et les lits sont confortables. Endroit chaleureux et dynamique, entouré de boutiques, restaurants, dépanneurs, crémeries, plages. La marina s’y trouve pour la réservation d’activités nautiques. Une plage s’y trouve aussi. C’est à environ 30 minutes de l’aéroport, à 40 minutes de Fort-de-France, à 15-20 minutes des anses incroyables pour la baignade: Anses d’Arlets et Anse Dufour. À savoir: c’est au cœur de la vie active, donc il y a de la musique le soir jusqu’à près de minuit."

"St. Pierre is the most beautiful and natural part of the island. The TiPelican was perfect for our family of four. The staff was very helpful, the rooms were very spacious and clean, and the location is on the water and in the center of town. We rented the two bedroom suite. Each room had its own air conditioning, the living room and kitchen was also air conditioned. The kitchen had everything you needed if you wanted to cook something. The outside patio had a large outside table and separate sitting area overlooking the Caribbean. They did a very nice job on this hotel. Also St. Pierre does not have water problems like the rest of the island of Martinique. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Our room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby. The ferry to carry you into the city center is also next door. The beach area is nice with lots of chairs and covered umbrellas. The swimming area was cordoned off in the water itself and you can enter via steps or it was accessible via a small walkway along the side. Parking in the hotel was a bit difficult as it was almost always full but there were also spaces available on the street just outside. We had an amazing stay, definitely would recommend!"
