  • Nestled among lush tropical greenery, this thoughtfully designed one-bedroom apartment offers the perfect blend of comfort and exceptional outdoor living. Enjoy exclusive use of the apartment, private patio, saltwater pool, outdoor dining area, custom outdoor kitchen with a built-in charcoal BBQ, sink, polished concrete prep counters, and a refreshing outdoor shower from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. For added peace of mind, the property is equipped with a whole-home generator, backup water supply, and whole-house water filtration system to help ensure a comfortable stay, even during occasional island utility outages. My wife and I live in the main home upstairs. The apartment and outdoor areas are reserved exclusively for your use during your stay, and windows overlooking these spaces remain covered to enhance your privacy. While I respect your privacy, I'm always available if you need anything. A rental car or taxi is recommended for exploring St. Kitts.
