Pleasantly surprised! Older property that is well kept, everything was super clean and worked as expected. The staff were very personable and kind. We will definitely return to this property the next time we visit St Kitts

Our room was very clean and the staff was great. The room was cleaned or freshened up each day during our stay. Staff was very accomodating . Just prior to our arrival we realized that we would possibly have to use the stairs to get to our room Subsequently we requested a room on the first level. That request was met without a problem. The entire resort was clean and for the most part well maintained.There were also sufficient dining options the property.

St Kitts and Nevis islands are stunning and what stands out is the people. Our hotel was very large and dated but the service , food and overall vibe made up for things. It was a special anniversary trip and the hotel staff made sure that we were having a great time. Housekeeping and the front desk sent a bottle of wine to our room along with a beautiful happy anniversary sign, fresh flowers and towel Sculpture on our bed. Everyone from the front desk to the pool and bars remembered our name and were constantly checking in to ensure our stay was memorable. The concierge organized great restaurant recommendations and were a pleasure to deal with.

The staff was incredibly accommodating from check-in thru checkout, My dad had his destination wedding at the hotel. Over 100 guests. It was great and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Also, the restaurant by the pool is elite. The staff and food is delicious. Also, the pizza is a nice treat.

My friends told them it was my birthday, they never sent a piece of cake. The hotel is very nice but there’s no entertainment like DR or Mexico. They lack activities. Definitely not a resort vibe. It’s very quiet at night /boring. But beautiful place and clean.
