The property and staff was good. The hotel was mostly empty when I was their. One thing I didn't like is that the beach was full of seaweed and no one was cleaning up for you to have access to the water. And it smells.

This was my second time staying at the Marriott in St Kitts. Overall it was a good experience. Only issue is that after spending my first night the next morning while I was laying in bed someone walked into my room apparently there was a mix up with the system and they gave someone else the keys to my room when he was checking in. We found this resort to be extremely beautiful with gorgeous views and an excellent beach. Everyone was most helpful and kind. I highly recommend coming to this special place!

This property shows much better on the internet. Very dated rooms with visible wear and tear - and - neglect. The poor area was very nice, but the rooms desperately need refreshing. The breakfast is terrible; service is adequate (2.5 out of 5) and the food was below standard (presentation and taste were equally bad). There are off premises breakfast options available. This was a complete waste of money. Check in was very sterile; other friends who stayed at the same time were offered two bottles of water at check in and some in the room. We were not offered any nor were there any in the room. Inconsistent!

Little coffee and milk provided in the room .When you go to a top rated hotel you are need pampered. Simple little things; no cups or coffee in room no maids service on Sunday You can tell I was very unhappy when I had to go down stairs. Twice Otherwise a lovely stay. I would never go back again

Great spot.Great food. People were very helpful and friendly. Only the main building has an elevator -if you are in the other areas you have to climb stairs .Many rooms that are not in the main building do not have balconies.

Great property near walkable restaurants, and with plenty of good food and shop options on site as well. This side of the island has rough water so the beach is pretty, but not good for swimming - head to other beaches on St Kitts. Staff were friendly, everything was clean, and our stay was great.
