"I'm not sure where my first review went. The picture of the rental is accurate however it does not depict a mattress that pretty much is on the floor. The floor is very wavy making you feel unsteady. The couch was also low and hard as a rock. The smith river behind the house is barely visibleThe worst part is the entry. "Great location right in town, and a very clean and well appointed apartment. Walking distance to everything and a perfect landing spot for us for Floyd Fest. The only note is that I would say the walls are a little thin in this charming, older building, so you can hear your neighbors a bit, but it was not a problem. Just manage yourself accordingly and be respectful of the neighbors. Will absolutely look forward to staying here again!"
