"The Four Seasons Westcliff was our first stop upon arriving in South Africa, where we met up with family and friends who reside in Johannesburg. We were warmly greeted at check-in by Precious the process was very smooth. Very much appreciated after flying for over 30 hours from California. Our room was very well appointed with welcome treats provided. We ate all our meals over the course of two days here, and were looked after very well by Atli and Sethi at breakfast, and Zizi at Flame restaurant. Check-out was handled quickly by Silas and we were on our way. It was a very comfortable stay, getting over our jet lag and a great space for friends and family to come gather and eat and drink."

"The room was in good condition. The staff was very helpful and kind. But the noise from the bar was just too much, especially the first night. We had just traveled for 20+ hours. We didn’t get any sleep that first night. It didn’t end till after three in the morning. The next night it went on for a while. It wasn’t as loud, but we were unable to sleep. The third night was better still lots of noise from downstairs people screaming, and a lot of Bass coming through. The food was very good as well in the restaurant."
