Single-storey villa of 180m2 just renovated with a magnificent panoramic view of the sea, Ajaccio and the mountains. <br>The villa has 6 air-conditioned bedrooms (160x200 beds), 1 with shower room, 1 with 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed (in the grey bedroom - the sofa bed was not on the photo), as well as a mini dormitory for 2 people (2 beds 80x200) (room without window - the one in the photo with separate beds) with fan, 1 bathroom-shower, 2 shower rooms and 2 separate toilets, a large air-conditioned living-dining room of more than 50m2 with open equipped kitchen, a large terrace of 160m2 with upper garden furniture for meals and lower garden furniture for the aperitif, as well as a barbecue and plancha. All on a large wooded plot with private swimming below (swimming forbidden to pets), secure with barriers, of 5mx10m, its summer kitchen and barbecue.<br>The villa is located 10 minutes by car from all amenities (sea, shopping centre, airport, port and city centre of Ajaccio). <br>Bed linen (except bedspreads changed by the owner between each stay) and towels and bath mats provided and cleaned by laundry included in the price. Beach towels provided for the pool, cleaning by the owner at 60°.<br>Baby equipment (high chair, baby cook, bottle drainer, crockery, bathtub, potty, 60x120 bed with sheets, chest of drawers-changing table, cot with sheet).<br>House cleaning/disinfecting products provided (for dishes, dishwasher, toilet, etc.).<br>Mattress protectors on beds, pillows and bolsters changed between each stay.
