The hotel is well located. Easy to get to from the airport by public transport and everything was walkable from there.
We were there three nights and not once did they clean our room. They kept missing it for some reason and we were out of the room by 10am latest and didn’t have the DND sign on. Maybe just our bad luck.
An old hotel with old furniture but maintained okay.

This place has many pluses! Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location is great for walking to places like Pike Place Market, the Space Needle, shopping, and restaurants. Rooms are on the smaller side but clean. We appreciated the on-site coffee and surprisingly lux toiletries, and the rooftop deck is a lovely place to unwind.
We had few complaints, other than a not-so-plush mattress and pillows. You may encounter some people experiencing homelessness in the area.
