Stayed with my wife and 3 kids. The cabin was very cozy and clean with plenty of room. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub of course. Did some fishing at the nearby lake. Hosts were very responsive anytime we reached out.
We had a great stay! This house was even better than described in its profile. The location is minutes from hiking and the resort. It has a flat parking space, unlike many other area cabins. The host's extra touches, like k cups and shampoo in shower were nice.
My friend and I booked for our girls trip and it was so amazing that we ended up contacting Teri and asking if it was available for another night. We got lucky and it was! We would definitely book here again, such a relaxing atmosphere and just beautiful! Book it!
Stayed for a week with my family. Had everything we needed and then some. Got great use of the fire pit and hot tub. Everything was very well set up. Enjoyed our stay, would stay again.
We enjoyed our stay at Bearly-Be-Haven. It was a perfect time to relax, spend quality time together, and enjoy some quiet nature. The cabin was clean and had all the amenities listed. The hot tub was our favorite! Plenty of activities to do in the area.
Everything was perfect. The pictures were spot on. Beds were comfy with plenty of extra blankets and pillows provided. The hot tub was very clean and well maintained. Highly recommended!
We truly enjoyed our long weekend at the Bearly-Be-Haven cabin! Chatting by the firepit while watching the autumn leaves fall, and the full moon rise, will always be a cherished memory. The kitchen is well stocked and the smart tv is easy to use. There are also several lovely wineries within a 30 minute drive. We're looking forward to returning for another visit!
My wife and I had a fantastic time staying here. We booked to see the fall colors of the Shenandoah and were pleasantly surprised to see that the property itself had some of the best colors sitting right in the backyard. We made good use of the fire pit, hot tub, and indoor fireplace. The Wi-Fi actually stretches out to the fire pit for music and iPad streaming. The place was super clean and comfortable. The communication with the host/owner was excellent. Our only regret was not booking a longer stay. If available, don't hesitate, book this place as you will not be disappointed.
I was so impressed with our stay! Teri was wonderful to work with- very prompt and responsive. They way undersold this property! There was wifi, a smart tv, so. much. fire wood, and the most comfortable pillow I’ve ever laid my head on. Oh, and shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers in the shower. Just really lovely touches to make a very comfortable stay. It felt like home, but way better. You won’t be disappointed!
Adorable and cozy mountain home, a perfect and comfortable place to stay for our ski trip at Bryce. Location is great, hot tub was a big bonus after long days of skiing. Home was well stocked, host was very quick and responsive to all inquiries.
Bearly-Be-Haven was perfect for a family reunion of our six siblings. The beds were very comfortable and we really enjoyed the firepit and deck. It is in a very quiet and peaceful setting.
Everything was exactly as described and perfect for our group. We had a great time in this house and would definitely stay there again! Thanks for having us!
My husband and I stayed with our two small children and small dog. We thought the price was great and there was plenty of room for the family to spread out. The cabin had a lot of games provided, deck area with hot tub and a walkway to fire pit. If you're willing to drive up to 15 min, there's plenty to do outside the cabin.
Our family of four, along with our small dog, spent a wonderful weekend at this property in early October. The fall foliage was just beginning to turn, and the weather was perfect—mid-70s during the day and crisp mid-40s at night. The home was spacious, spotless, and well-stocked with all the essentials we needed. We especially enjoyed using the grill for a relaxed outdoor dinner. The firepit was a highlight for our family evenings, complete with s’mores and cozy conversations under the stars. The hot tub was a fantastic way to unwind after a day of exploring—clean, easy to use, and incredibly relaxing. Communication with the host was seamless and responsive, making the entire experience stress-free.Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We wholeheartedly give this property a 5 out of 5 and would love to return!
If you need it, it is there. The cabin was well stocked with cookware, utensils, glassware and grill tools for a comfortable stay. The sofa has recliners and smart tv capped off the evenings. The hot tub was great, even in sweltering temps. The water temp was comfortable and jets relaxing. I only used downstairs bedroom which was comfy and nice to have ensuite bathroom. Cooper loved the squirrels that would run up trees and stop to flicker their tails in teasing manner. The roads take a bit to get used to but by 2nd day it is easy to learn the best routes in and out. Great breweries, wineries and cider (closed on day discovered) are nearby and beautiful rolling pastural roads made a great getaway. Steve and Teri could not make it any easier with excellent communication throughout. Loved the stay!

The property was great, afterwards was terrible
We had a lovely stay at the property itself.
However the kitchen lacked many basic tools and amenities. The screen door was off its tracks. Several sets of sheets were stained upon arrival. The property owner has tried to leverage an additional cleaning and repair fee and I have had to dispute the charge with my bank.
Less than 2 hours after we left I started getting messages from the owner about these charges and extra fees. (Note that while we did not stain the bedding, we hadn't even been gone long enough for them to launder them and wash anything from use out of them to first see if that cleaned them!) It made me wonder if they don't change and launder the bedding between guests if there is no visual soiling - which would just be EW.
It has been extremely stressful and undid the desperately needed relaxation i tried to get while I was there. So thanks for ruining that.
