Cozy efficiency ONE large room ONE QUEEN bed apartment with kitchenette no oven.

1800's historical farmhouse on Route 50 with efficiency apartment. Very large fully stocked catch and release pond. Your own fire pit area. Next door to a wedding venue/ Pattison Lodge. We are also across street from Pattison park with a walking trail. Five minutes from StoneLick Golf Course. We are five minutes from Clermont County fairground. Minutes from Motorsports Country Club
Go-kart track.
US Hwy 50 goes all the way from the East to the West Coast and is a Route many take with adventures. The apartment use to be a Summer Kitchen in the 1800's - 1900's and just newly renovated but some original brick still exposed. NO PETS, NO SMOKING EXCEPT BY YOUR CAR.
