We enjoyed this little house with a lot of character. It was convenient to all the places we wanted to visit while in the area and served as a great home-base for a couple of days. We appreciated the owner's quick responses and availability.

Great place to stay in Batavia.

We were in Batavia for a few days visiting family. The property was well furnished and we had everything we needed. Everything was clean, well taken care of, and comfortable. Communication with the property manager was great. Overall much better than staying in a hotel and we'd definitely be willing to stay here again.

This was the first time I ever booked on VRBO or any other app. My daughter and I were extremely pleased. The location was so convenient for visiting family and attending various functions. The house was charming and spotless. Bruce Newton, our contact, responded immediately with any question we had. I would definitely book this place again and recommend it to others.
