Beautiful Modern Apartments in a Quiet location

From the moment we arrived we were looked after in a professional and friendly manner. The facilities and fixtures were all top quality, with great attention to detail. The cooking facilities were fantastic. Plenty of space to relax. Unfortunately there was no Wi Fi available, which seems to be a given for most accomodation/motels these days, but really it didn't bother us at all. It would have been nice if the property was able to sustain laundry facilities in each unit, however the laundry sink and cleaning supplies were readily available as was a airing rack. Our unit had some issues with the hot water, but the owners were very quick to remedy the situation and we ended up in a larger apartment. I have nothing but good words for a relatively new business and I will be looking forward to staying again in the future. The landscaping is a work in progress and it will be lovely to see this peaceful place develop and grow.

Fantastic property!

Property was amazing. Private and plenty of space for the kids to run around. The villas are beautiful and the location was the perfect base for us to get around and see the region. Would definitely recommend to others and will consider coming back if we were to visit the area again.

We have stayed around Batemans Bay for many years and this was our first visit to Greenwood Park. We could not be more impressed by this FANTASTIC property. Phil and Karen were excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome. The accommodation and facilities were EXCELLENT. We really loved the spacious accomodation with en-suites in both (large) bedrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, huge deck, bbq area, gorgeous beaches only a 10 minutes drive away and many other things. We will not be staying anywhere else from now on (which is a big call for us!!) The only minus was that we had to leave!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Phil & Kath were very welcoming, helpful, and made every effort to make us feel at home at Greenwood Park Estate. The villa was immaculate, and had all the inclusions we could have asked for and more, while the estate’s gardens and lawns are beautiful, and even had a cute family of ducks & ducklings wandering around. We’re looking forward to our next visit!

Phil and Katy are very warm and welcoming hosts. The villa's are equipped with everything you need during your stay, and more (bbq and bbq-kit, nice plants, a dvd selection, etc)!

Nice new villas inside the national park

Beautiful 2 bedroom villas inside the national park and within a short drive (6 kms) to Pebbly Beach and a little further from Durras and Pretty Beaches. The accommodation is immaculate and has all the modern inclusions you could ask for, except for air conditioning. There are ceiling fans in all rooms but on really hot days, its better to be outside than inside. Other than that, these villas are perfect in every way and incredibly spacious. I would definitely recommend them to everyone. There are two spacious bedrooms, each with queen beds and their own attached bathrooms. There is a spacious balcony with a BBQ for private use. The communal shared BBQ area also has a wood fire oven although we didn't use it on this occasion. The villa is located near all the walking tracks or dirt roads in the national park so its easy access to just about any activity. We even loved the Kangaroos and Wallabies that come up to the beach early in the morning or close to sunset.

Beautiful relaxing getaway

Amazing new villas surrounded by beautiful bush, great facilities including a communal woodfire pizza oven that the owner got ready for us to use. Small drive to the beautiful pebbly beach. Great stay!

Lovely accommodation in a beautiful setting.

We enjoyed a restful two day stay in a lovely unit with every convenience included Our hosts even provided us with some fresh fruit and snacks. The unit was immaculate and very comfortable with a full kitchen and everything had been carefully thought out so guests could relax. We have no hesitation in recommending Greenwood Park Estate to couples looking for a quiet getaway.
