"It was a decent enough room. The second bedroom is incredibly small for 3 people to sleep in, max it could handle I think is 2 small kids. Kitchen was good. No food around so come fully prepared. Pool was lovely. Beach is nice but isolated so you need to be careful. "

"We had such a wonderful stay at this property. Super clean and spacious with 6 adults, 1 six month old and a dog it was the perfect house. Mandy was very efficient with communication and making our stay very comfortable. Being our first time staying at Batemans Bay we loved the walk from Surfside into town everyday and Mandy gave us some recommendations on what to see/do. Can’t wait to stay again soon "
