Overall property was sound, however, showing signs of age, with many little problems which compounded to reduce our enjoyment. Things such as most tap handles being loose or falling off. Lack of instructions to use oven and a/c. One sliding door locked, presumably because of cracked glass. Downlights not working, particularly over upper stairwell. Rust in the washing machine. Fridge door which fell open and hit cupboard door handles. Light in range hood not working. Some damage to stairwell plaster work. Leak along wall from downstairs shower. Loose toilet seats. Most of these were minor but added up.

Good and Bad
The Goods Great location with a great view from master Bedroom. Quality furnishings and well equipped kitchen. Great under cover parking. Awesome balcony with some views. Comfortable beds and pillows. The Bads The check inn process was terrible as the verification emails went to the junk folder. Then the system that is used is not user friendly and won't allow you to easily scan your ID and send. The driveway is super narrow and we had to fold the mirrors inn on our 4x4 and scrape through the bushes in the driveway to get through and park out the back. This was a daily occurrence. There was maintenance issues inside the property mainly with burnt out down lights in the staircase making it unsafe at night. Tap handle in the toilet basin was also broken. BBQ was unusable and covered in rust. Down stairs bathroom and laundry smells like a hospital. Plates and glasses where put away dirty from the previous guests so we had to rewash whatever we used. We would probably consider elsewhere next time.
