Very close to the lake and fishing. Inside is updated and was very clean. Quick 20-25 minute drive to Ole Miss.

Just Perfect

Our stay was so perfect. Clean, roomy, quiet and set off the beaten path but not far from Oxford or Batesville! I hope to book this place again for other dates and well into the future!

Parents weekend

Quick trip to visit our student at Ole Miss. It was clean and quiet which enabled us to get a good nights sleep. Wish we would have had more time to explore the area around the lake.

Clean, comfortable camp

We were visiting Oxford/Ole Miss and enjoyed the countryside of North MS. The cabin was very clean, comfortable and offered basic amenities. Mika was efficient in her response to a question we had. Enjoyed the camp, Ole Miss and it’s pride of the South band!! Mary M

It was a great stay. We had friends staying in the camp grounds it made it easy for us to go back and forth if needed too. Also the boat ramp was right there. The overall cabin was very nice, bigger than I even expected, and very clean.

Great spot with the best host

We had the best time at Mika and Tim’s property! The house was a perfect place to stay especially if you love fishing. The communication with the host was absolutely outstanding! Definitely be booking here again.

Ole Miss Football Weekend

Property was awesome. Very clean and tidy. Was closer to a 30 minute drive to Oxford from the property but not bad at all. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect get away cabin , quiet location

Cabin was very nice, me and a buddy planned a fishing trip to Sardis lake. Good location, boat ramp very close. Loved the decor in the cabin , very clean and new looking. Easy access, covered back porch made for a relaxing week. Owner was very polite and helpful and easy to reach. May 1 2023

Last minute

We was traveling from St. Louis going to gulf shores and the next destination was canceled due to plumbing issues and I had to find a place to stay asap for two nights. I found this cabin and they got right back to me and saved our trip. The host was very responsive to us. It was a Very nice place by the lake. We loved the decorations and modernness of the cabin. We really enjoyed cozying up by the inside fireplace and watching movies. The campfire outside and bbq pit added alot of fun to the house. Was also very cool seeing the old outhouse in the back. We would highly recommend this cabin to anyone.

Great property near the lake

Property has had a beautiful remodel & it looks great. Beds and living room furniture are all very comfortable. It was nice & quiet out by the lake. It is a short & pretty drive in to Oxford/Ole Miss.

The problem was vrbo didn’t have the key code to get on.

It’s a great place to stay just a few minutes from two boat ramps a few minutes from a bait store and fuel and only 10 or so miles from Oxford to dine out or get supplies. Very very nice cabin really enjoy it. Fishing cleaning table was ok but I had rather had something a little bigger and flat but we got the job done. Communication between Vrbo and the owner over the key code needs to be corrected. You couldn’t rent a better cabin it was really awesome very clean. We went down to bait store on Sunday morning it was closed so we drove down to the dam to get minnows just to let people know in advance.

Fishing trip

It's a great little house. Very clean. The owners were very helpful and friendly. We had a power outage due to storm and the owner drove an hour from his home that night to bring us a generator and flash lights. The beds are not the most comfortable, but otherwise the place is great! Would stay there again.

Great stay for fishing

This property is really just 5 minutes away where we put in at the Sardis lake. Very clean, had all we needed and even a fish cleaning table on back porch/ with water hose. Only thing is we both have back issues and mattresses were way too soft . Come to lake to fish 2-2 times a year would like to come back if they change mattresses out!
