"Everything was clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and while it is not a particularly kid focused hotel, the kids (6 and 8) were always welcome and accomodated. Breakfast was perfect and the two dinners we had in the reataurant were excellent. It was our first stay but we are already planning to come back. The only downfall was the small bathroom sink. "

"Very cute hotel with very kind/nice staffs!! Breakfast was tasty. Front desk closes at 9pm, so if you arrive later than that, you need to communicate with hotel how to receive your room key. "We were given a room in a different building, actually a different hotel, Bad Pyrmonter Hof, of the same owner. I didn't like this last minute change. The new place had no garden. I also expected a real double bed, not the twin bed we found in the room. Finally, street noise was very annoying, much more than expected. We had to close the windows to sleep after 6AM.
