The room was dirty. The counters were stained. The sheets had public hair on them. There were small holes in the wall behind the stove. The person checking me in was eating a crab boil behind the desk.

The only option for water Temperature was boiling hot. The hallways smells like a pet store. The room was disgusting. The towels & sheets smelled of a fish smell.

This is the hotel is by far the most disgusting property I’ve ever stayed in. The shower apparently hadn’t been cleaned in months, there was a roach in my room, there was hair on the towels, the halls smell like a combination of smoke and mildew and my room key was repeatedly deactivated. So if cleanliness is optional and you relish the opportunity the reside in an unsanitary infested cesspool of bacteria, make you reservations for Extended Stay in Baton Rouge.

It was a very asty and unorganized stay. Main office cancelled my reservation when i got there to check in. So i had to buy a room through the hotel. I booked my first reservation on hotels. Com. And they will not refund my 104.00 room they cancelled. DO NOT BOOK WITH EXTENDED STAY ON CORPORATE. People are hanging out til all hours of the night with lawn chairs.

This property was disgusting. The lobby and hallways smelt terrible. Online it says breakfast and coffee are included, however, breakfast was a packet of oatmeal and ONLY black coffee. We were extremely unhappy with our stay that we checked out a day early to go to a different hotel. I can’t believe I paid that much for this trashed hotel…. A refund was expected but of course not provided.

Hotel was okay. Beds squeezed, pillows were lumpy, and there was no breakfast as they stated. Coffee was watered down and there was one granola bar and a couple packs of instant oatmeal. I don’t consider that breakfast. I was more disappointed by the coffee though.

The property was clean and neat. However, this place has definitely seen better days. It's been left a bit shabby. Pieces peeling off of the bathroom mirror, a crack in the bathroom sink, a small section knocked off of the corner of the wall by the bed, pieces peeling off of the counter and that lounger chair has definitely seen better days!

Resembled clean. Stained carpet, tv wouldn’t turn on, scratched up woodwork, sagging curtain, moldy looking tile caulk…Bath soap lathered, Granola bars and coffee, juice (not full breakfast) we’re in the lobby in the morning. Not great for the price I paid
The value I got did not match the price I paid. A few issues included my washcloth smelling like cigarettes when I washed my face, garbage out front and no sliding door entrance can make moving in luggage more difficult. The front desk staff was nice and the bed was comfortable. The room was very dark, even with the lights on.

It was so horrible! The whole hotel smells! The room smell even more. The covers and towels were dirty as hell. I was scared for my life. It's like a trap house hotel. I have never experienced anything like that. It was terrible and not worth my money at all! I would not recommend to anyone at all!

Was guaranteed a non smoking room through hotels.com and was greeted to an entire floor wreaking of smoke to include our individual room, which also was not a non smoking room. Cigarette burns all over the bathroom floor along with pubes on the counter. Immediately requested a refund but was not available to cancel or modify the listing through the hotels.com website, so had to deal with being charged for this room while still needing a hotel elsewhere for the night.

Room was truly dirty. A lot of dust on the bathroom vanity. Like if it has not been cleaned for days. The lady in the front desk that checked us in was rude and impolite. We felt unwelcomed. We arrived late one evening, and in the parking of the hotel, just in front of the lobby area , there was a group of people seating on the grass drinking beer, bottles and littering all around them. It was definitely part of the hotel property and hotel administration didn’t seem to care. Avoid this hotel. Specially if your are a family traveling with kids. That was our experience.

The property is in a great location, but it is in dire need of renovations and general daily upkeep. Each time I entered the building, there was a terrible smell, not due to cleaning supplies or other chemicals. The automatic hand sanitizer sprayer in the lobby was empty upon my arrival and was never refilled. The bed linens and towels (some, very thin and discolored) seemed clean, thankfully. There was no hot water in the bathroom (sink and shower). The hot plates in the kitchenette were very rusty, and the freezer had a thick layer of frosted ice all around. One of the curtains had a jagged tear, and all of the curtains seemed dirty and not the right size for the rods. There was peeling paint in several areas of the room. There was something hanging from the wall above the bed that had previously been put up with masking tape but was now just hanging there. The desk chair had a fabric seat, which was very stained. (I covered it with a bath towel folded in half before sitting on it.) The hallway walls are dingy and the brown carpet was dirty. This was my first--and last--stay at an Extended Stay America.
