Three spacious bedrooms that each have a private toilet and vanity!

The house if located walking distance to downtown Baton Rouge, the River Center, the Casino's and LSU is just 2 miles away about 5 minutes by car. There are shuttle buses available from down town to LSU during football season.

This Beautiful Acadian style home that has a combination of the old and the new. There are hard floors, horizontal wood walls and a claw foot tub in the master bathroom. The exterior is beautifully landscaped with Crape Myrtles and Red Roses

The Kitchen is to die for with every spice and cooking utensils you can imagine.


A large front porch with ceiling fans and Bistro tables and chairs. The home has been completely renovated with new appliances, bathrooms, bedding and two 55" and two 40" smart TV sets. There is high speed internet, WiFi and a printer, fax, scanner and surface phone charger on site. There is off street parking for up to six vehicles. Complementary coffee, soft drinks, snacks and breakfast food is provided in the pantry and freezer!

All necessary toiletries are provided at no charge in the bathrooms.

Please Note:
Pets are welcome, however there is additional $100. non-refundable cleaning fee. That is paid to house keeping for extra time spent, removing, washing and replacing mattress covers, lint brushing all mattresses, couches, and chairs. The house is also treated for fleas. If you fail to include the pet fee at the time of your booking the $100. will deducted from your security deposit. The nightly charge during home LSU games will be automatically adjusted to $250.-$350. each night

This house was absolutely amazing! It had everything we needed and more—every amenity was thoughtfully provided, making our stay so comfortable and stress-free. The location couldn’t have been better: a great area, safe, quiet, and super close to LSU, which made it very convenient for our trip. The home was spotless, well-maintained, and beautifully set up for guests. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better rental experience. I will certainly be renting this place again in the future!

Great home and host

We were there for the Nationals of bowling, we have stayed in quite a few Vrbo homes and this is one of the best. Frank our host was quick to reply to our questions. The home had everything you could possibly need. It was in a great location. Really close to the riverfront and all its parks and museums.

Great Getaway

The house was great with lots of room. Wonderful kitchen with lots of great spices. Could have used a few more pots and pans to cook with, but over all it was easy to do the cooking we wanted too, especially for breakfast. I would highly recommend to my friends

WOW, just Wow

Baton Rouge has an absolute gem in this property. There were three families and each family had their own room, bathroom and TV. This home was clean, we were within walking distance of the arena and the owner had a binder that detailed the area. Our family met coming together from three separate states to bowl at the USBC Championships. We wanted to all be together and this home was perfect. The owner had everything we wanted or needed. We cooked our meals, laughed, chatted and slept. What a great place to stay

Reliably Outstanding

What can we say? The Napolean House is just about as good as it gets for vacation housing. All the furnishings and appliances are first rate, it's incredibly spacious, and the hosting touch is impeccable. Not to mention that the value is excellent. This was our 5th stay, and we'll keep coming back if possible whether we visit Baton Rouge!

The owners have thought of everything! My family stayed in Baton Rouge so we could shop after Thanksgiving and watch an LSU game. We loved the property and appreciated the attention to detail. The place was glean and quiet. I will definitely stay again.

Better than expected

The property was wonderful. The addition of snacks/food was great. It made it easy for shopping. We did leave some condiments we couldn't take home and other items. Neighbor was close to where we needed to be. We were happy about our accommodations and if we return would book here again. The addition of having pamphlets for things to do was a great touch.

Fantastic layout and well stocked

The house is very well done and nicely stocked so you don’t have to go to the store as soon as you arrive. The layout is great and the location was perfect for our son’s LSU preview.

Napoleon House - AMAZING

This was by far the best house I’ve ever stayed at with VRBO or any other company. The house was amazing, plenty of bathrooms for everyone, and the snacks/breakfast/coffee/sodas/water that were all stocked for us were wonderful. This house set the bar - will definitely stay here anytime I’m in Baton Rouge.

Great Stay!

Very nice place! Never stayed in a VRBO as well stocked as this place. They have everything you need. It's an older home that's newly remolded. Very charming and comfortable house! If ever in Baton Rouge again, we will stay here for sure!

Mardi Gras Ball Stay

We stayed at this house for a Mardi Gras Ball. It was in a great location downtown. Very clean. The hosts thought of everything, from toiletries to even snacks and drinks. Awesome place!

Perfect All Around!

We stayed here for my husbands doctoral graduation. The space was perfect, quaint and located in a quiet neighborhood near downtown Baton Rouge. All the comforts of home were provided. Host was very easy to communicate with and accommodating to our needs during this celebratory weekend.

It has it all

We stayed in this lovely home for a weekend while attending a concert in New Orleans. This place has everything. If you forget something, odds are it will already be there. The antiques throughout the home ate beautiful. The kitchen has everything you need including drinks and snacks. We would stay here again!
