Great communication and apartment was clean. Location to LSU was great, walkable to basketball and football games. General area is a little sketchy though and constant marijuana smell in apartment.

Very bad property not a Premier Host at all. Worse property I’ve ever been at. Bad area many vagrants around here. Mold on property base boards, no internet worked the whole time. The host knows it doesn’t work and reply’s with resetting the modem which doesn't work. Very noisy upstairs and all around property. Rats in the apartment looked big like they been there a while. Place smells like pee like rodents peeing every where. Had to use 3 cans of Lysol to disinfect this place. DONT COME HERE EVEN FOR FREE.
