"This review is for both Boutique and Residence. Truly extraordinary customer service! We’ve stayed at a lot of hotels including high end 5 star luxury hotels (Fairmont, Four Seasons and Shanghai-La) and can definitively state in terms of customer service these two locations are easily on par with the aforementioned 5 star luxury hotels. Every staff member was extremely helpful and friendly and made sure our entire stay with them would be comfortable. The two hotels are centrally located in the heart of the food and entertainment district of Siem Reap with everything within walking distance. The pool is very refreshing after a long day out; their restaurant and spa services are very good. We will definitely be recommending them to all of our family and friends!"

"Well this is hotel to stay in if you want to have it all. We have been looked after exceptionally. I did not know how to go back to home. Clothes washed everyday, amazing breakfast, driven everywhere you want to go, the most kind tour guide- I recommending asking jaya to book your tours. Son our guide was 10/10. He played floor is lava with our 3 year old in Angkor thom! The jaya staff produced icecream every time she passed by made her lovely food and really were so good to our daughter. Hotel is very beautiful, extremely sophisticated and stylist but feels homely. Run to this hotel. Pick no other. We were at afternoon tea in another hotel and it felt like an American shopping mall. This was a rainforest oasis. You felt like the only person staying. "

"Staying at Two Seasons Siem Reap was a genuinely enjoyable experience, and one I'd recommend to anyone visiting this magical corner of Cambodia. The location couldn't be more convenient — just a short walk to Pub Street and the Night Market, so evenings were effortlessly fun. Whether we wanted to soak up the buzz of the street food scene or browse the market stalls, everything was right there at a short walking distance. The hotel also made exploring Angkor completely stress-free. The team put together well-organised arrangements for the temple tours including an English speaking guide, so we could simply focus on marvelling at one of the world's great wonders without any of the logistical headaches. Back at the hotel, the warm hospitality was a constant highlight. The staff were genuinely caring and attentive — always on hand with a friendly word or a helpful tip. And after long days out, returning to our spacious room with its own balcony felt like a real treat. We only wish the breakfast spread included cuisines for people of all religions and beliefs. That could have nudged the experience from great to exceptional. Would I return? Without hesitation. Two Seasons Siem Reap is a warm, well-located gem that makes for a wonderful base to explore this extraordinary city."
