"Staff were great! Living areas were clean. But they had renovations going on. Relaxing by the pool was difficult when you have to listen to tile cutting with dust blowing everywhere between 9-5 everyday. Pools were not very clean(possibly dusty) Not being allowed to bring your own drinks into your room is on odd unwelcome rule also."

"There was no safe, despite it being advertised. The TV didnt work at all. The hotel didbnotvprovide any tea, only coffee. They claimed they could not import it from Thailand! The fridge froze everythjng you put in it."

"Very peaceful and friendly hotel, in a quiet area but easily accessible to the town. Lake side rooms have a shady terrace on the side. Food was tasty and good value, dining around the pool was pretty and staff were helpful. We borrowed some bikes and enjoyed the ride using sideroads into town, around pagodas, to coffee shops etc"

"The hotel was cute! The rooms were nice, the landscaping around the hotel was nice. Staff was great as was the breakfast. The owners are around and make the place feel very homey and warm. Adding plug in outlets, especially in the bathroom would be very helpful. Please note that the hotel is a bit secluded, you can't just walk out to the store...but I was looking for peace and quiet and that is exactly what I got. "

"The pool was closed off for a meeting however this was all throughout our trip. Nobody was in this area when we went to the pool and we were not allowed to use this. Communication was poor and all items needed to be asked about nothing was in the room I.e shampoo, toilet roll etc. Location is further out from city but short TukTuk ride away. Ac was not working as we had incorrect remote in room and the fridge was dirty and turned off without key in room. "

"This time unfortunately I was put in a room that backed on to a nightclub, earplugs are provided but they don’t make for a good nights sleep. I managed to doze off once the club closed early morning. At first glance it looks lovely, but on closer inspection it could really use a bit of TLC. The bed linen, sun loungers, and towels are all showing their age. It seems like it was once very busy, but maintenance has fallen behind, leaving things feeling a little tired."

"I really enjoyed my room. It was one with a balcony on the 4th floor overlooking the pool. Made for a great place to get a good night’s sleep after full days of exploring. The hotel is located centrally, so everything is closeby. The staff were very friendly. They smiled a lot and just left me to myself, which is what I like. Thanks!"
