"Loved the staff and service. The accommodation was in an area that had lots of eateries and businesses, so walking to explore is an option. I also loved that the hotel had free parking for guests. Room was clean and worth it for the price."

"I was underwhelmed with this hotel. It is under construction right now, so the lobby layout is confusing and feels very cramped. Our room layout was fine and it was clean, but the bathroom was the smallest I have ever seen. The bathroom door was a pocket door that did not go all the way to ground, thus providing very little privacy. The location is great, but this was billed as one of the nicest hotels in Portland and overall felt very mid-range. "

"The price is good, but the noise level isn’t great. The front desk staff weren’t friendly. Personalities of three different front desk staff were flat. Gracie’s for breakfast was lovely and the hostess was excellent! We were told that parking was $20 per night and at checkout we were told it was $40 per night. The lobby should have coffee all day. I tried to have a cup of coffee at 9:45 am and it was iced cold. So amenities were poor in my opinion."
