"The overall property was excellent. Great furnishings and accommodations. Two bedrooms with a full kitchen and bath was upstairs, with living area and huge screened in porch. The king bed was downstairs with a bath, washer/dryer, refrigerator, sink, microwave and dishwasher. No stove or oven. Downstairs access outside only. Direct access to outside to the large covered patio with plenty of furniture and the grills. Lake Wateree was in a fall drawdown, so the boat launch was not usable. But the drawdown exposed an excellent sand beach for the grands to play on and fish from. I will stay again."

"We had a wonderful 3 night Labor Day stay at the cozy cottage! It was the perfect last hurrah of summer with beautiful sunsets, plenty of water toys and the perfect set up for our family. I was a little unsure about a pet friendly property since we do have some allergies, but this cottage was so clean that we had no problems at all! Allison left a nice welcome note and generous goodie basket, which my boys promptly enjoyed! Everything was as described and we had a great time!"

"What a genuinely perfect spot to enjoy Lake Wateree… and life! The cottage is well stocked and beautifully decorated. There are SO many great spots to sit and relax, enjoy the lake breezes, swim in the warm waters, and kayak around the islands. THANK YOU for sharing this great place."
