"This hotel has everything you need. It is connected to the Metro, the breakfast is incredible with the best omelette I ever had and the kids loved the pool and hot tub. The staff was great too. You can’t beat all that for the amazing price for a nice family weekend away. We will be back. "

"Front desk staff were extremely helpful and kind. Our room was ready early which was also very nice. It ended up being terrible weather during our stay so we tried to book some spa services to stay out of the weather. The spa didn't answer, but then did call back to inform us they didn't have any staff actually on site and would have to call them in. They couldn't actually tell us if we could book an appointment until the next day and asked us to call back. The next morning called back to try again-but no answer. We had breakfast in the lovely dining room-decent food and very nice waitstaff. Also had dinner in the lounge. The cocktails were delicious, but the food was so-so. There was a large conference and I think the kitchen might have been overwhelmed-food took forever to come and was just not great "

"Muy mala experiencia las maquinas de hielo no trabajan me mandaron al super 7 mas cercano, teniamos un evento y necesitabamos la plancha , tampoco servia , no habia agua caliente, teniamos que estar llamando para que llegaran arreglarla, la TV sin control, tambien llamamos para que llevaran uno, hasta el siguiente dia me llevaron la plancha, pedimos la limpieza nos dijeron que solo estaba disponible entresemana , lsabado y domingo no hay limpieza. Realmente muy decepcionante el servicio y las intalaciones pesimas. No lo recomiendo."

"For a budget hotel it’s not bad , it’s just shabby. It could definitely use some TLC. The bathroom was worn and chipped in places and old. The bed was clean and comfortable. The air conditioner cover was cracked and broken in spots. The hallway and elevator area was worn and threadbare. The ice machine and vending machines were broken on my floor. The staff was friendly and very helpful. It’s right on the Metro line, with a station 2 blocks away. The National Zoo is 2 stops away. All in all not a bad hotel, just could use some TLC . "

"Parking easy. Laundry was nice to have. REALLY appreciated having bananas, Cheerios, milk, OJ, and coffee available. Easy access to bus which brought us to metro."

"Room filthy and smelled. No microwave nor refrigerator, the internet did not connect or work. The television was blurry. The room was much smaller than advertised also. The listing also said breakfast included. The staff told me that breakfast consisted of coffee and that was all."
