"It was my second time staying at this hotel, as I really enjoyed my first visit. The location is great and convenient—just a 15-minute walk to the Twin Towers. The rooms are excellent, and the hotel itself is well positioned, with a good selection of restaurants on the ground floor and a grocery shop on the -1 level. The breakfast is absolutely incredible—you would need to spend at least a month there to try everything, with options including Malay, Indian, and Chinese cuisine."

"I had an amazing stay at the Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur. The views were absolutely stunning—especially from the room, which offered a breathtaking cityscape that felt almost unreal. Waking up to that scenery was definitely a highlight of the trip. The breakfast buffet was also impressive, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. There was something for everyone, and everything I tried was fresh and flavorful. Overall, a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur!"

"Very clean and beautiful hotel. Rooms were nicely designed too. The only drawback is the location. It’s a little way out of KL centre and no walkable amenities nearby. And if the Hotel had a spa would be great bonus! Otherwise a very pleasant and relaxing stay. Perfect for families."
