The apartment is located on the 27th floor of the famous building ORBI Sea Towers. Distance from the beach is 50 meters (right across the street). It is 10 minutes walking distance from a city center.

Our 33sqm studio apartment has a wide view of the sea as well as a private bathroom, a small kitchen and a balcony. The apartment is equipped
with a queen size double bed, a spacious wardrobe, a couch, an armchair, air conditioning and a 50 inch flat-screen smart TV. Free high speed WI-FI is provided.
The kitchen is equipped with necessary utilities like a small fridge, an electric water boiler, two cooking plates, pans, pots, glasses, cups and cutlery.
Apartment has a two bed-side lamps, a bar type of table and two chairs.
Apartment can accommodate 3 people comfortably, possibly four. It is perfect for couples or couples with children.
We are relatively new on HomeAway, that is why we have not got reviews yet. On the other hand our property is one of the best with its location and comfort. We encourage you to become one of our first guests and enjoy the beginner prices (about 20% lower than current market prices)
