  • Come and discover this charming house located in Batz-sur-Mer, close to the beach and salt marshes. You will love its garden with its terrace ideal for enjoying a barbecue, as well as its proximity to Saint-Michel beach, located just 1 km away.



    Ideal for a family stay or with friends, this fully renovated house can accommodate up to 7 travellers.



    Upon arrival, you will discover the lounge area with its sofa, armchairs and television with DVD player, ideal for relaxing moments in front of a film. The modern American kitchen, fully equipped (induction hob, refrigerator, oven, freezer, dishwasher) provides you with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. For breakfast, a toaster, a kettle, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine are also at your disposal. The long wooden dining table will be perfect for convivial moments around good meals. You can also enjoy the table available on the terrace in the garden.



    On the night side, the house has 4 bedrooms distributed over the two floors.

    Bedroom 1: equipped with a double bed

    Bedroom 2: equipped with a single bed, ideal for a child



    2nd floor:

    Bedroom 3: equipped with two single beds (ideal for two children or teenagers)
