The “Ajonc Jaune” apartment offers about 35 m²: a large bedroom with a 140x200 double bed and sea view, a small bedroom with a 140x200 double bed, a kitchen with sea view, dining area, and a two-seater sofa. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, cooktop, hood, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. Ideal for families with children. Sleeps 4 adults (but the 9 m² kitchen is compact—3 adults are more comfortable).



Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be ordered from the concierge, available for an extra fee. Bed-making service on arrival possible.



Free parking, bike shelter, terrace with sea view. TV and fiber optic Wi-Fi with HD TV available.



The beach is 20 m away, La Govelle beach is 5 minutes away, bike rental is 1 km away. The Dervin crêperie is a 10-minute walk, and Batz-sur-Mer center is 2 km on foot.



The property is well connected by TER at Pouliguen or Batz-sur-Mer, TGV at La Baule or Le Croisic, and Lila Presqu’île Bus Line 6 (between the stations and the apartment): La Baule–Le Croisic, Dervin stop is right in front of the villa.



Perfect for hiking and walking along the GR34, or cycling to explore the peninsula’s coastline via the Vélocéan bike path, which runs along beaches, coves, bays, and crosses the inland salt marshes.
